What is your delivery area?
Currently, Charcuterie Creations delivers within a 5 mile radius of Downingtown Borough, PA. If you have an order outside of that range, please contact us. Delivery fees may apply.
What should I do with the board when I am finished?
The board is yours to keep! We are an environmentally conscious company and our standard orders come with a recyclable board. You may also upgrade to a premium wooden board.
What comes with my charcuterie board?
Orders typically come with a selection of fresh cheese, fresh meat slices, fresh and dried fruit, jam or honey, crackers, and nuts. We also add seasonal fruit and flavors, when possible.
How long before guests arrive should I put my charcuterie board out?
We recommend items remain refrigerated until about 30 minutes before you plan to eat, this gives the cheese proper time to temper.
This is so much easier than normal catering, what's the catch?
No catch! We know it can be timely and expensive to source your own ingredients, so we've taken the stress out of having multiple cheeses and cured meats at your fingertips.
Is there a charge for delivery?
If you've requested delivery within a 5 mile radius of the Downingtown Borough, PA area, your delivery is typically free. However, a delivery fee may apply depending on location, size of order and time of delivery requested.
What makes Charcuterie Creations different?
We've taken our favorite cheeses, meats and accompaniments and packaged them together for you. We are super picky about quality, and have a focus on supporting local businesses. Cheese (and entertaining) are our passion.
Do you do custom catering or other types of appetizers?
We have extensive catering experience and can help guide you towards the right products, platters and appetizers for your gathering. If you are looking for something custom, email us at orders@charcuteriecreations.net.
How should I store leftovers?
Most hard and semi-hard cheeses will store well for a week or so. We recommend that you tightly wrap each cheese separately in parchment paper or plastic wrap. You will want to enjoy any soft cheeses within a day or two.
Do I have to pay online or can I pay upon delivery?
Charcuterie Creations currently accepts cash or Venmo.
